We have had good results with the following after one year but you need to clear with your doctor:
omega 3 3000mg before each meal
magnesium oxide 500mg before each meal
Vit C 1000mg before each meal
B-100 before each meal
1/2 of a Centrum Silver morning and evening
How dramatic of procedure is the surgery? not much if done as a minimally invasive robotic surgery
