Medication & Vitamin Interactions: A Comprehensive Guide

Question
I am taking meds for ADHD, Adderal XR, Wellbutran and Cellexa.
I take Enalapril for High Blood Preasure. I also take vitamins
everyday, multi, C, Omega3, Glucosome and olive life extract.
I also have diverticulosis and have an infection currently. I have
taken the medication he prescribed before, Flagyl 250mg (4x
daily) and Bactrim DS (2x daily), which I've been on for 7 days.
Starting Sunday, July 2nd I started feels the following:
1) Weakness especially in my shoulders
2) when I get up from sitting I get light headed for about 5-10
sec
3) when I walk up a small flight of stairs or carry something, I
am out of breath.
I am 46yrs old and in pretty good shape and have not
experience this before.
I have contacted the Dr. on call (my Dr. is on vacation till July
13th) and he said it is highly unlikely that these medicines would
conflict.
I have searched the internet for conflicts with vitamins and could
find any. How would I go about finding if there is a conflict btw
my diverticulosis meds and my vitamins?

Answer
I don't see a direct conflict, but people can get weird reactions to the antibiotics... esp flagyl if mixed with even a small amount of alcohol, or Bactrim and sun exposure.   I don't see any other interactions from the other meds.  these symptoms could also be from the diverticulitis infection.
