Optimizing Your Nutrition: Vitamins & Supplements for Busy Young Adults
QuestionI am 22 years old guy with a hectic work and school schedule. I rarely get out to the gym, and also go out to eat fairly often. I recently watched a program on television about a guy who would take 15 pills a day to make up for his not-so-proper nutrition. I would like to know if something like that would be good for me, and if I were to go and get them, which one would I get? Should I include spirulina in with those pills too? They said that it could replace nearly 100% of your vegetable intake.

I do not recommend taking an excessive amout of supplements daily because they are not absorbed very well by the body. Your body will just eliminate them in your urine.
