Jello and Growth Hormone: Separating Fact from Fiction
QuestionI am 21 years old and I love to eat jello. I eat it every night. I heard recently that jello some how helps your pituatary gland secrete growth hormones because it has arginine. And that too much growth hormones can cause Acromegaly. Is this true?
Answeralthough that is true, eating jello every single night will not give you enough growth hormone for anything to happen. So, in general there is no way to acquire significant amounts of growth hormone through any way except injecting pure growth hormone.
