Thigh Pain: Causes, Symptoms & Potential Relief

Question
I've recently had some inexplicable, frequent episodes of annoying but slight pains occurring  on the front of my right thigh - they happen c.4-5 times a day for c.5  minutes each. They can't be due to me being in a cramped position as they usually appear when I'm sitting completely comfortably.

The only possible explanation I can think of is that I might have a very slight vitamin deficiency, leading to nerve troubles(?). This seems highly unlikely, though,  as I have a very healthy complete diet. Or perhaps it's because I tend to sleep on my right side?
Any ideas?

Answer
It does sound like b vitamin deficiency or magnesium oxide deficiency. You can look in a mirrow at your lips to see if there are vertical wrinkles on the lip surface and if there are notches on the sides of your tongue where your teeth fit into the tongue and if it is slightly red on the tip.
These are signs of severe B complex deficiency which often responds to B-100 taken before three meals daily if OK with your doctor.
