Understanding Iron Deficiency & Feraheme Infusions: Lab Results Analysis

Question
Hi, hoping you can shed a little light on my current labs. I was diagnosed iron deficient several years ago and after failed attempts at supplemental iron, my doctor gave two infusions of Feraheme three months ago. I'm going to post my lab comparisons. Is this what you would expect? Is the ferritin supposed to be high 3 months out or is this a sign of iron overload? These are the only "before" values that were either abnormal or close before the feraheme. I was unable to obtain all current results by phone today. I do not see a doctor for a couple more months.

Before Feraheme    After Feraheme (3 mths)
WBC      4.1 (4.1-10.9)     4.4 (4.1-10.9)
RBC      4.22 (4.2-6.3)     unknown
Hgb      12.5 (12-16)       12 (12-16)
Hct      39 (37-47)         40 (37-47)
MCHC     32 (33-36)         unknown
Granulocytes 2.3 (2-7.8)    unknown
MPV      6.6 (7.8-11)       unknown
Ferritin  18 (13-150)       161 (13-150)

Answer
This looks pretty reasonable..... the blood counts, Hb and Hct are normal.... and the serum iron is good... you store a lot of iron in your bone marrow that is unmeasurable but the serum ferritin ( an indirect measure of serum iron) is good..... so good numbers overall.....
