Answer
Dear Mr. Kumar,

Thank you for your question.  I am sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.  Work has kept me away from the computer.

I did some pretty extensive reading so as not to give you wrong information.

Seems as if nevibolol has had excellent results in diabetics with hypertension.  This drug is a beta blocker.  Very important.  There are contraindications with alpha blockers, but beta blockers are well tolerated with your other medications.

I didn't find anything in any information posted that showed any reason why you couldn't be on your medications.  Sildenafil works well for men with hypertension, but sometimes they will give at a lower dose.  If for any reason you have heart problems, or are on nitrates, you should not be taking sildenafil.

If you have any questions further, please don't hesitate to contact me.  As in all cases, any concerns should be addressed with your physician, especially if you are having symptoms.   But, again, metformin/nevibolol/sildenafil all seem to be safe when taken by the same person.

Best wishes to you,

Andrea
