Testicular & Abdominal Pain with Semen Bleeding: Seeking Medical Advice

Dear Dr.
I was struck by a Car while crossing the Hwy on 12-23-08 and within two days began to notice Blood in my Urine- which has been intermittent since- and dark Blood in my Semen [has never stopped since December 08] which has the appearence of "Old Motor Oil," I also have chronic ache/dull pain in Testicles and lower (Right) Abdomen- from approximate area stretching from my Naval to (Right) Flank, reaching back toward spine and downward toward Pelvic Region. CT Scan of Abdomen showed [something not quite Identified- so Radiologist suggested, Possible Mass Parasitic Infestation... Stool studies ruled that out-] then Sonogram suggested "Slightly Echogenic Liver with possible Metamorphosis, and Possible HERNIA," the Dr. who read that Sonogram suggested CT to Rule/Out Hernia, etc. I was already a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran for Chronic Daily Headache & Facial Pain- and can say that even when taking Pain Medications I am "all too used to for the prior HA and Facial Pain," [Percocet 10mg t.i.d. and Dilaudid 4mg 1-3 times per-day PRN for severe Breakthrough Pain,] neither of these Medications, nor the Zantac and Prevacid I have taken for GERD seem to keep this abdominal and Testicular Pain from the deep-seated ache I feel- it actually seems to be worsening- with a newly felt... ache on exhaling (This pain is approximately 2 to 3 inches above an old Appendectomy Scar) if this information helps. I am at the point where I wish to hear or find any Possible Problems which match such symptoms, and any suggested Tests [MRI, Ultrasound, Lab and Other, etc.] I do know that none of these problems existed prior to the Auto striking me as I crossed the Street- and the most intense bruising afterward was in the area just right of my Naval to Right Flank [Kidney] area. Any advice and input will be truly appreciated, I remain...

sounds like a complicated situation.... the kidneys need further evaluation... you may have bruised/torn them and you need to have that rechecked.  The mass parasitic infection finding has me confused, but that has to be further evaluated also.... basically get back in to the doc to have them further investigate these findings...
