Questionhi there,my son is 19 months old, i've recently noticed what I initially thought was dandruff in his hair, after exploring his scalp further I noticed there was crusty patches all over his scalp that would scrape off with my finger nails. waht could this be and if it is psoriasis, does that mean there really is no 100% cure? pls help.
Answerit isn't psoriasis.... it is tinea capitis, AKA cradle cap AKA head crud AKA fungus head.
It is very treatable, sometimes with topical creams, sometimes with oral Grispeg..... check in with your pediatrician for one of the treatments.....
