Chest Rash: Causes, Symptoms & What to Do After Cancer Treatment

My upper chest has been itchy on and off and this morning I noticed red marks..where it is most itchy, it looks like little raised clear spots (almost like pimples) - I did get a little sun in that area over the weekend, but even before that it was bothersome.  Recently I was tested (EKG, chest x-ray and UGI) for chest discomfort.  Nothing was found, but now I have these skin issues.  I have tested positive for basal cell carcinoma on my right upper arm (last July - was removed).  Do you think this is just some kind of skin rash (maybe heat related as it was quite a hot weekend) or maybe something more serious ?  Thanks in advance for your advice.

this sounds more like a reaction to something you did over the weekend... the sun, maybe the sunscreen or other lotion you used.  If it is spread out, it isn't a skin cancer... I would use some hydrocortisone cream for a few days and it will probably go away
