QuestionHello,
I hope I am directing this email in the right direction.
Background:
25 year old female, I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old.
Regular periods since 13, no spotting mid-cycle.
Problem: I've been spotting for about 24 hours now. Pinkish
in color, not turning into a regular period. Last period
was somewhere between the 26-29th of July. Today is the
14th of August.
Looked into it being ovulation bleeding, which I've never
had before, but people are 50/50 on whether this even
happens. Could it be implantation bleeding this early?
Other symptoms are extreme fatigue (but that is not unusual
for me), excessive eating (I'm hungry ALL of the time) and
some moderate headaches and heartburn (only one day of
heartburn).
If you have any idea what this could be, please write back.
Thank you so much!
Answerthere are many possibilities.... first, get a first morning urine to make sure you are not pregnant....
after that, just follow it... it can be early implant, it could be missed ovulation, overflow bleeding... there are a lot of different names for a lot of syndromes.... most of the time this resets by itself. If it doesn't, then a hormone workup (if not pregnant) especially thyroid tests. With periods, people can become anemic easily... it is also worth getting a CBC
