QuestionI am a 60 year old male.No health problems.My blood pressure at the doctors office was 150/85 and my blood glucose was 138 after fasting.She said these are too high.Is she right and what would the normal range be for blood pressure and blood glucose?Is there any way to lower them without taking pills?Such as diet and exercise.Thanks ....Bob

Also the blood sugar needs to be controlled. the best treatment is walking for 30 minutes to 1 hour daily. this will reduce both Blood pressure and Blood sugar. If this fails to bring to normal level in 2 months, start medicines. else your body may deteriorate.
