Understanding Lung Nodules: Causes, Diagnosis & Next Steps

I have been diagnosed with two lung nodules. I am very concerned over the significance of this. One doctor says not to worry about this while another wants further tests. I am 60 years old. What can you tell me about these?

It really depends on the diagnosis on biopsy since some can be from old infections like histoplasmosis therefore not significant and others are early cancers and need biopsy to really know.
