Low Self-Esteem & Body Image: Seeking Confidence & Self-Acceptance

Hi Jennifer I am a 21 year old who also have almost no breast at all, bearly an A cup. It has always bothered me because I feel less than a woman compared to everyone else, bathing suits don't fit,people make fun, but most importantly, I wonder if it really does bother my boyfriend, he is an awesome person and always says he loves me the way I am, but I just can't help but think it isn't true.Ya know how guys look at playboy and stuff like that. I don't feel sexy. I try to get my mind off it, but almost everytime we have sex, I feel insecure. I've been trying to find some herbal supplements or natural ways to enhance my breasts even if it is just a little. I read that saw palmetto, or chaste tree berry might help, but am not sure. If you know anything about these herbs or know one that might work please let me know!!!!

I understand how you feel! What I want you to do is pick your favorite part about your body, what do you think is sexy on you? I like my butt, I have a sexy butt. Once you find your part focus on that. Anything can be sexy, legs, stomach, butt etc... If you need help ask your boyfriend what he thinks. My guess is that you are a small framed person, you probably weigh around 120-130 and you have a great ass, am I right? If it's not your butt then it's your legs. The man I married is a butt man, he thinks that boobs get in the way of being as close to someone as possible. If you need to feel more confident in public, you can try one of the bras that I wear. The first one is sold at Walmart. Its called Vassarette and the one I wear is super padded, it costs about $15.00. The next one is a liquid filled bra, these are great if you have some chest tissue  to start with. You can get them from Walmart, Target, Husdons, Victoria's Secret, the list goes on and on. Those cost about $15.00-$50.00 depending on where you go. The last thing is brest enhancers, These are inserts that look and feel like a real breast, you wear them in your bra, you can even wear them in water.Those cost about $25.00. I got mine from Fingerhut, but I'm sure that you can find them elsewhere. I do not know anything about the pills or the creams, I personally prefer the temporary solutions. If you chose to try the creams or pills, please be careful.
