Questionk i got an ultrasound i am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant today. i don't remember my last period . and i dont know if the ultrasound is accurate but i wanna know if its possible that i conceived july 21 ? or did i conceive before july 21. because i am confused when i put the conception date july 21 on pregnancy calculators it always tells me that im 12 weeks is it possible that i conceived before july 21 in order for me to be exactly 13 weeks and 5days. i really need an answer.

Based on what you told me, the ultrasound is probably pointing to a July 26 conception date, which is certainly within the range of you having conceived July 21, plus sperm can live 3-5 days in the vaginal tract, which means that you could have had sex July 21 and not actually conceived until July 24-25.
Any time that you had sex between July 18 - July 30 could have resulted in this pregnancy. So it's certainly possible and even likely that when you had sex July 21 that it resulted in this pregnancy.
If you had sex with more than one person in that time frame, you will want to do a paternity test after the baby is born.
