Persistent Abdominal Pain After D&C: Causes & Relief

hello,
i had an d&c two months ago in 7th week because of a miscarriage and after that i am suffering from pain in lower abdomen.i was many times to doctor near about 4 or 5 times and they have done ultrasounds and said that everything is normal.They have also done urine and blood tests and there is no infection.but i am suffering from so much pain.i have also got periods and the pain during this time was untolerable.can you please tell me what can be the reason for such pain?and moreover last time my gyn have done ultrasound and found my left ovary was small than right.and she said that its not a matter to worry.thanks in advance
