Answer
Good morning Chandan.  Everything about you sounds all good.  Your weight, height and exercise all sound very good.  The first question you must always ask is:  why is it in one knee only and not the other?  Usually, pain in one knee only indicates that you may have a leg length discrepency which only shows after or during exercise. There are many different things to consider.  You might need an orthotic in one or both shoes for example. Normal walking would not show it.  Do not rub deep heat or tiger balm or anything of that nature on it.  You need professional medical attention.  I would see a physio-therapist or sport medicine doctor.  Sports injuries are very rarely ever serious-they are normally temporary only.

It is highly unlikely to be a medical problem.  You sound too healthy to have medical problems.  If you would like me clarify or explan further any points-please feel free to contact me again.  Also, don't stop training.  If all else fails-swimming is non-impact and very good for the VO2 uptake.  You end up with a fantastic body too from swimming!!  If you live in New Zealand-I might be able to see you.  I don't know if massage will help it.  I doubt it somehow though.  I am more concerned with why one and not the other.

I hope this gives you something to go on with.

Thank You for your question.  It was nice to hear from you.

Please keep me posted.  Cheers
