Pregnancy After Stillbirth: Possible Conception & Period Return

Its been one month and two days since i gave birth to my stillborn baby girl naturally and I have not got a period yet and me and my partner have had sex. could I be pregnant again or will my period come soon?

Answer
You may be pregnant again, however, it is more likely that your body is still getting back to normal after your birth. You may want to take a pregnancy test, however, your period may come in a few weeks.
