ANSWER: The answer to your questions are simple. If you become pregnant, one of the first symptoms is nausea and breast tenderness. It can happen as early as 10 days if you have implantation and a rise in the pregnancy hormones.
You can get bleeding 3 weeks after a surgical abortion. It is not your period, it is left over blood and lining that needs to be shed to allow the pregnancy hormones to decrease to pre-pregnancy levels.

If three week bleeding was not normal period then when to expect the next period after this so called bleeding (or may be actual period). Does your earlier reply still correct if it was medical abortion followed by 7 days bleeding after the pill.
