Lump in Upper Arm: Causes, Symptoms & What to Expect

hi
i noticed a little hump in left upper arm about 7 months ago.it was only felt by pressing the area .it has definitely grown a lot in size since then and there is some pain now.this arm is measuring 2 cm more than the right one.i am still breastfeeding.im very worried that can it be cancer or something else.i was seen in hospital and they will send appointment for scan.can u tell me more aboout it please.

Without being able to examine you myself that is very difficult or impossible. I do however suggest that both ultrasound & MRI scans should be made and that also a thin needle aspiration biopsy should be done so that we will know what it is! Before that is done we can not decide what to do about it!
