Answer
You should be seen for an evaluation including mammogram with oblique views to include the tail of the breast. A clinical examination should be done as well as a complete history that includes your family breast cancer history.  The University of Washington is a good resource.  You can go on line at www.UWmedicine.org/  click on patient care. There is a breast clinic at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle.  You can call direct and ask for the patient care coordinator.  The social workers at Harborview can help you with financial considerations and applying for state aid, etc.  Don't ignore the lump, good luck.
