Understanding Vaginal Discharge: Is It Normal?

I've been on the birth control pill since I was 15.  I've always had some light brown discharge after my period.  Is that normal?

Becky, How old are you? If you have been having a discharge for many years, then this could be normal for you. I can't say for sure. Have you been to a doctor about this?
