Yellow Vaginal Discharge: Causes, Symptoms & When to See a Doctor

Question
I have been having a yellowish discharge from my vagina.  Though there is no chronic ithching or foul odor.  Could this be an STD? What are other reasons one could have yellowish discarge.  I don't have to pee frequently, I am not itchy, no burning sensation while urinating. Is it possible it is the clap? or gonerra? or could it be something else?

Answer
A yellow discharge from the vagina may be compeltely normal, or it may be due to a bacterial vaginosis. I doubt that you have gonnorrhea because there is no itching. Usually a bacterial infection has a foul smelling discharge, but not always. If the discharge persists, go to your gynecologist and have it cultured. It can then be easily be treated.
