Post-Surgical Abortion Bleeding & Discharge: What to Expect

i had a surgical abortion only 2 days ago (last Thursday) and the day after i have stopped bleeding, when i was in the hospital i did bleed allot (more than normal or a heavy period) but the nurse didn't ask and now that I've stopped bleeding so soon its began to worry me, I've been looking on the Internet about bleeding after abortions but they all only say about to much bleeding. also I've only just notice that I've started having a bit of light brown discharge and I'm not sure why, I'm worried I've got an infection, what do you think it could be? thanks x
