Early Pregnancy Test: Accuracy & Concerns After Condom Breakage

Hi, I had sex with a lady on the 29th july 2009(Wednesday). The condom burst but minimal if zero semen entered the lady concerned.
The lady then did a pregnancy test on the 4th August 2009(Tuesday), which was less than a full week.
the pregnancy test came back with a positive result.
Is this not to soon for an accurate reading or is it time to be concerned?
If so, is there any safe and surgery free way to terminate when a week old?

To me, it sounds unlikely that she could be pregnant from you. But I am not a doctor and cannot give that medical opinion. She can do a test and find out when the conception date could have been. I might even be able to help with that. I don't recommend abortion as I have done research with hundreds of women in the last 20 years. There are too many risks and side effects from abortion. Plus it kills the little boy or girl.
