Unexpected Pregnancy After Abortion: What to Do?

Question
Hi
On May 22nd I found out I am pregnant by taking a home pregnancy test. On May 23rd I went to my doctor after having strong pains in my lower right abdomen. She did an ultrasound and confirmed the pregnancy at week 6. She also found a large cyst in my right ovary which was 7 by 7 cm. She sent me to the E.R of fear of torsion. I didn't want to be admited so after I felt better and had exams taken that reconfirmed the pregnancy and cyst I went home.
On May the 24th I went back to the E.R with strong pains and was admited.
On MAy the 25th after a long day of pains and taking pain control pills that didn't help I was taken to emergency surgery for a detorsion by laproscopy and to drain the cyst.
In the next few days the hcg levels were rising but they could not see a heart beat and the thought that the pregnancy was not in order because the pregnancy sack seemed flattened.
I was experiencing pains that were like similar to period pains and was told that I might lose the baby.
On May 31st They saw a heart beat and discharged me.
On June 6th I went to my gynecologist after suffeing from really strong pains in my lower abdomen and lower back. That again felt like I was getting my period. The doctor did an ultrasound and said that the cyst grew alittle again from the surgey but it's normal because of the pregnancy. Plus she said that the baby was fine but didn't show me heart beat and was busey on the phone so didn't have time to talk to me.
The next few days I felt really bed and it got worse every passing day. I had nausea, couldn't eat, couldn't walk or stand and was very weak.
I felt that something was seriously wrong but no one listened.
On June the 13th on week 9 I had an abortion: One pill under the tongue and a few hours later was taken to the surgey room and put under for the abortion.
I was bleeding for 10 days on and off.
on the 12th day started having sex with my boyfriend again. WE did it a few times since and we used a condom a few minutes after penetration. One time on July 7th we didn't use a condom at all but he finished outside.
It's now been 4 weeks and 5 days since the abortion the last few days I started feeling like I did before I found out I was pregnant: Tired, pains in my lower abdomen and both ovaries but not like those that you have before your period, slight dizziness, slight nosea, and a slight tenderness in my brests and nipples but not as strong as it was my 4th week of pregnancy.
I did a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive. But the line on the pregnancy window was lighter than the control line and not as strong as it was when I was pregnant before.
Can it be positive because the hcg levels are still high enough? It's been almost 5 weeks.
Can it be positive because the cyst is still there?
Can it be that I am really pregnant again?
I was found to maybe have a condiloma when I was in the hospital. My boyfriend had it 4 years ago. But he went to the doctor again now and he only looked and said he's fine. He is the only guy I had sex with in the last year and since my last S.T.D check up which was negative (blood and PAP). COuld it be that I got it from someone else? Or is it from him?
Sorry for the long e-mail. I really need someone to listen because I feel that no doctor is attentive enough and willing to ask all my questions.
Plus: I stoped taking birth control pills over a year ago because they made spots on my face. The doctor said it's the estrogen or progesteron (don't remember which one) and so I can't take any pills. I did try stop taking them for a few months and then started taking them again but the spots came back. so I haven't been on them for the last year and a hlaf. I got a cyst right after I stoped taking them but it past with pills that helped me get my period.
I didn't use birth control pills for many periods of time and never had any problems with cysts.
Are there pills that I can take that will not give me spots on my face? Should I take a birth control injection every 3 months instead? I was told that the injection will not cause spots on my face but might cause fertility problems for the year and a half after taking in permenantly. Is it true?
Thank you for your kind reply
Emily

Answer
You need to have a sonogram to check to see if this is a new pregnancy.  Pregnancy can cause a flare of HPV(Human papilloma virus).  You have had it since your contact with him  and now you have your first visible lesions. Men can harbor the virus with no visible lesions
