My gf is three weeks pregnant here periods date is 5 to 7 but she missed here periods of this month and we did test and it was positive she is now 3 n half weeks pregnant we are looking for correct medical abortion through pill in Pakistan. Could you please suggest us procedure and medication for Medical abortion.

Please don't give your girlfriend any pills! They are poisonous and they can kill her. She deserves your protection. The pills can cause her to bleed to death. They can also cause her to get an infection that will kill her in hours. Taking the pills in the vagina is especially dangerous. The pills will also make it much more likely she will get breast cancer while she is young. The kind of breast cancer women get after abortion kills 1/4 of them. She could also get a serious auto-immune disease such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.

You are asking me to help you hurt her. I won't do that.

There are better answers. I realize there are not many places that help in Pakistan, but find a church. Try a Catholic church first, and if they can't help, try a different church. They often know who the people are who help pregnant women. If you cannot find these people, take her to the American embassy and ask them to help her go to the United States until her baby is born. She can give the baby up for adoption. Or, you can take her to a different part of Pakistan, and pretend you are married, until the baby is born and then place him or her for adoption, and come home. Or, you can get married right away. I know a wedding is really important. But you have a little while to pan it if you both want to be married to each other. If you tell me your circumstances, I'll see if I can come up with good ideas for you. Please let me know how she does. Just don't hurt her. Please.
