Its 3 wks after my abortion and im having a yellowish discharge is something wrong? I havent went back for my 2 wk check-up.

If you can, you should get a checkup. There is a reason why they ask you to come back. You need to find out if everything is ok. The yellowish discharge may be a sign that something is wrong. You could have an infection or something serious or it could be something not important. But the most important thing is that you need to find out for sure.
