Post-Abortion Bleeding & Possible Pregnancy: What to Do?

hello.i am 25 years old and i had an abortion on 25th of january.i was bleeding for about ten days after that.i waited for the 2 weeks my doc avised me to and then i had sex with my partner unprotected but he did not cum inside me.it is the 18th of march i still have nno period no symptoms of pregnancy but i do have symptoms of period.my breasts are swallen and my tummy seems ready to explode.is it any chance that i am pregnant again?if so can i have a second abortion at such a short time?could it be that im going through a lot of stress and that is delaying my period??please help im going crazy and crying all day.

Thanks for your question. I am sorry that you are going through all this. You can have loss of period after abortion so this may be all it is. But even if your partner did not come inside you, you could still get pregnant. That happens sometimes from pre-ejaculation. So I really can't tell you what is happening. Did you take a pregnancy test recently? Sometimes that can be wrong, too, though. I hate to have to tell you all this.
I wouldn't advise a second abortion. I have been working with women in pregnancy and abortions for 23 years and have heard a lot of stories about problems from abortion. So I don't advise at all.
