Post-Abortion Bleeding, Period Irregularities & Potential Concerns

i had a abortion in may at 10 weeks and a couple of days; and i bleeded for 18 days straight. my period came back on about 3 weeks after that, then 4 weeks after that and two weeks after that. i have no pregnancy syptoms, but my stomach is getting large and my navel is beginning to stick (come)out. i took a pregnancy test in july and it came out barely pregnant. that's what the doctor said "barely pregnant" and if my period comes on this month (july) don't worry about it. and it did come on. is it anyway i could still be pregnant or i got pregnant 20-21days or so after my abortion?????????
