QuestionI haven't worn nail polish in years but recently I have been. I noticed a bunch of ridges and dips on my nails. Could the nail polish be eating through my nails?

By the symptoms you described there can be so many causes that i can't possibly tell you all the diferent possible causes, and all the things you can do to improve this condition.
Normaly there is a suspicion about something, in this case it was the polish, as i said i doubt the polish is causing this, at least i've never heard of such a thing, but i really can't be sure because stranger things have happened before.
If you can't think of any other possible causes, my best advice is to visit a nail tech that can inspect your nails personaly, this way it's easier to tell what could be the problem.
You wouldn't expect to mail a doctor and tell him, i have an headache and i'm felling nausea and that he would know what was your problem, most likely he would have to see you.
