Why Are There Bubbles in My Nail Polish? Causes & Solutions

Question
I have had my nails done in the past for years. Lately I get bubbles in the finished nail.  It is not caused by air and shaking the polish.  They use OPI base coat and polish.  I don't know what top coat is used.  At that point no bubles are tere.  I put my nails under the ultraviolet light and afterwards lots of bubbles.  It looks bad.  We are experimenting but the nail salon hiks its just me.  I don't have acrylics it my own nails.  Help.  Are they polished too fast, wrong top coat or using the ultra violet light.

The topcoat could be bubbling because it is not a uv topcoat. The only time to use the light is if it is specifically a uv topcoat. If it is then the bulbs need to be changed.
Sorry about the lapse of response time I am not getting emails that I have questions.
Thanks
