Gentle Nail Care: Choosing the Least Damaging Option

Hi Heather,  
   My natural nails chip, peel and break easiy.  I tried acylics and had to have a new set replaced avery two months leaving my underlying nails even worse.  Which is kinder and gentler?  Gel nails, Solar nails or standard acrylic.  Thanks, Sherry

None of the options you listed are the gentlest option.

What you need to find is a better TECH.

No one product is safer, gentler, or better for you.  What has damaged your nails is the technique of the tech you went to for your services.
