What is the best way to fund great nail techs for our salon/spa.  There seems to be a shortage.  This would be in the Reno, Nevada area.

We have EzFlow training and job center facilities in Thailand, Cambodia and the Philippines where the last one might be an option for you because they speak fluent English and want to work outside of their homeland.
