Removing IBD Intense Seal Nail Polish - Expert Advice

My nail tech put IBD (International Beauty Design) Intense Seal on my natural nails.  The clear coat has chipped.  How can I remove the rest of the seal if nail polish remover is not working?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that particular brand.
Ordinarily, 'uv glosses' can only be buffed off and acetone has no effect.
I would advise that you contact your technician and ask her directly.
