QuestionQUESTION: can you use gel uv top coat over reg. nail polish if so then how hard is it to get the nail polish off
ANSWER: yes you can use gel over nail polish however it does not last very long and chips off pretty ugly. If you do use it its very easy to remove the polish with acetone. But make sure you use the gel top coat made for polish.. not regular gel.
My suggestion for long wearing nail polish is simple. Clean the nail twice with acetone. one coat of chip skip by OPI, then a thin coat of sticky base coat by creative nail. two coats of polish and "out the door" top coat. That will last at least 5-7 days no problem.

QUESTION: who makes the out the door top coat and can you reccommend a nail dryer machine that is good to do nails at home with? no tips just reg. nails with reg. polish since you advise no gel top coat.
AnswerOut the door top coat is the Brand and its on the front of the bottle you cant miss it! You should be able to find it at any major beauty supply. As for drying use a regular fan! Apply your base coat let it dry for 5 sec in the fan. then your first coat of polish for 30 sec in fan..second coat of polsih 60 seconds fan and your top coat~
