Best Brushes for Nail Art & Cleanup: Natural Hair vs. Synthetic

I recently tried using brush dipped in nail polish remover to clean up the tips of my at home french manicure like I saw in videos on the internet.  Polish caked in my brushes.  I ruined 3 brushes with the white tip paint.  What kind of brush am I supposed to buy to do this?

Hi Angie--
If your brushes are made of natural hair, you should be able to soak them in acetone and remove the polish. If not, you might want to try using a natural hair bristle brush, and be sure to clean it carefully after each use.  You might even have to clean it out after each nail.  Takes more time, but it's better than ruining another brush. :)
