Biosculpture Nails: Troubleshooting Dull Finish & Lack of Shine

I have been a fan of Biosculpture products for several years. My original manicurist was a pro. The nails were nice and shiny for two weeks. With my current manicurist ( I relocated) the nails have a very dull finish and no shine after one day. It is like night and day

What is she doing wrong.

I must admit, I havent used Biosculpture, but I do use another gel system.
In my opinion the product she is using is either out of date or hasnt been cured for long enough.
Her lamp may need new bulbs. She needs to check with Biosculpture how long the bulbs should last and also check to see if there is a date of expiry on her products.
Ask if all her clients are experiencing the same problem. mayb if she tries new product & it still happens, she needs to look at her lamp.
