Request Client Profile Form & Legal Advice for Nail Salon

sylvia i;m looking for the client profile form for the nails  every time i found in online i can't made adjustment or treir not available to print, could u please sent my one specific clear if u have in english and spanish as well.

i would have some advice too, because i'm renting my own space in a hair salon to do nail and i don't know how to protec myself from sue.

Since my area covers Thailand SE Asia I cannot assist you with the clients form or sue protection in your area.

My advice is to visit your local lawyer and discuss with him/her what the best ways are to protect yourself and what form will fit best to your local laws. I would hate to recommend you something you would regret later on.
