When to Refer Nail Disorders to a General Practitioner

when would you send a client to the G.P.

Answer
I send a client to a G.P. everytime there is some nail disorder that i can not tell what it is, or i can tell what it is and i know it needs medical treatment or in some cases that the clients has a condition/disease where i'm not sure if i can or canot perform a determined treatment, i ask the client to bring his permission to perform the required type of treatment.
