QuestionHi Susan,
Could you suggest an outline for a diet (for a young man) to adopt and to improve their physical health and wellness. Secondly, do you think it is good in taking multi-vitamin supplements on a regular basis.
Thanks for your help
AnswerHi Jim,
Pick out a good multi-vitamin because soil depleation - they keep growing the same stuff in the same soil for years, and that isn't natural.
You want whole grains, 9 servings of fresh produce a day, raw fruit or vegetables or slightly cooked vegetables and the equivalent of one piece of meat a day that is the size of your palm (your hand not counting fingers).
Lots of plain water.
That is the basics. More at www.premiumfuel.com
