Diet Pills: Risks, Alternatives & Expert Advice

I was wondering what you thought of the pills from Trimspa, or the one called Cortisol?  I am thinking about taking some sort of diet pills. What do you recommend?

i DON'T recommend use of ANY diet pills sold over the counter. Although they may seem to show results initially, they are only a short-term fix for a long-term problem that can only truly be corrected by diet and exercise. They are also associated with a wide variety of of side effects.
