Question
The ring appears to be modern like it was made in the last 15 years or so. The only things on the inside of the band are 14k for 14 karat and the very small horse symbol. I am not sure what you mean by provenance. Any more help would be greatly appreciated. --Thank You

As it is a newer ring, then my gues is that is was made by one of the large producers in Arezzo Italy. As it was 14 K then it would have likely been mass produced.
Provenance means its history........if it was an older ring then this may be of interest.
Unfortunately there isnt a big register of jewellery marks that you or I could check.
