Silverware Cutting for Jewelry Making: Best Tools & Techniques

I read you response to heating and bending of silverware to make jewelry, anything special I should know in cutting silverware? I hesitate to just grab the hacksaw and go for it.

A hacksaw is a bit harsh. You could get a Piercing Saw from a jewellery supply house. There are a variety of blades that you can get for this.
Alternatively you might find this in a good quality hardware store........
