Answer
Hello Krunal
Is it that you wish to make  Niello- a  mercury containing   black inlay material that is packed into  carved or inlays in  gold work pieces?
I have a number of formulas of  different  grades of  processing the   formula  and methods for producing Niello that I can send to you ( it's far too lengthy to   write  here in this forum)
BUT  I would like to  know  your skill level - honestly - as it is a dangerous process that I would not recommend for the beginner  or even someone that is  fairly new to  jewelry making, however if you can alloy and raise and lower  karats, you can probably handle the process, but there are  extreme dangers and it is best  done outdoors and down from the  prevailing  winds.
If it is simply  to colour  yellow or  white gold  black , and  not  just  an oxidation, I can send you  patina recipes..so I need some more information from you   and then we can go from there. But do let me know  your intended  background ( meaning: the piece you are  going to make or  what you actually want to do and  what karat your material is as well as the color..)
Krunalji, Do Please rate your skills  fairly I don't want to  steer you in a direction that is over your head or requires  expensive or high-tech equipment  when a  2 dollar jar of chemical  may be all that is needed to  transform yellow  gold of 24 kt to  19 karat  yellow with an oxidized  etch! Looking forward to  hearing  more from you,
Best Regards Ari
