Identifying the Manufacturer of a 14K Gold Ring with 'NG' Stamp

who is the manufacturer of a 14k gold ring i own that has NG stamped inside the band  i would like to know who made this ring and i assume that NG is a manufacturer's stamp

Dear Sandy,

At one time in the USA was a Manufacturing Company from Nigeria that was selling their jewelry to retailers and it was usually 18k gold and most in hand made jewelry which was stamped as 18kNG, it will be a little hard for me to give you a accurate answer because I have not seen your valuable.
