Identifying Your Hallmark Engagement Ring: Designer & Matching Bands

I have a beautiful engagement ring with the hallmark RJ on the inside. Is there anyway to figure out who the designer was so we can see if they have a band to go with it?

Hello Kristan and thank you for your inquiry. First we need to determine several things about the ring. Is it a newly purchased item ? If so, the jeweler where it was purchased should be able to let you know the manufacturer and if there is any matching set. If it is an heirloom piece, is it gold or sterling - any other markings that might help - provenance ? where did it come from. All of those things will help make an identification.
