Hi Jean,

I use a regular dremel with a flex cable attachment.  I buy diamond drill bits sizes range from 1.5 mm to 2 mm and larger if needed.  You should be able to buy this at Home Depot or Harbor Freight.  I can give you places to buy drill bits when you are ready.
