What does 14ksp engraved in a ring mean?

Hello Art and thank you for your inquiry.  I have not seen this mark before but it may stand for 14K on silver plate. To be sure you should have it tested for gold or silver content. A jeweler or gemologist can do this for you.  Hope this helps !
