hi am i wondering if it is possible in any way that i can remove diamonds from a stainless steel watch band..

Sorry I had never done that before that's a very good question I can only suggest that you go to a jeweler that has a repair department... I'm sure they would be familiar how they are held in..
There might be a chance that applying a small amount heat would loosen them..
But check first so no permanent damage is done..
